TENERIFE - ADVANCED TRAINING CAMP AND MOLCHANOVS WAVE 3

The event is for all intermediate freedivers who want to improve in in-depth disciplines, or for those who want to take the course Molchanovs Wave 3  and train. We will focus on everything you need for comfortable freediving at medium depths of 30 - 60 meters. We will use all the services of the Atlantis Freediving center, including accommodation in the same complex. More information about Wave 3 course and information about the location.

What awaits you:

9 to 13 intensive days of freediving
Molchanovs Wave 3
Improvements in technique in disciplines CWT, CWTB, CNF, video analysis and detail tuning
Improvements in pressure equalization technique - Mouth Fill a FRC diving
Breathing and mental techniques such as mindfulness or deconcentration
Specific stretching for freediving
No limits. Freediving on sled with Italian record holder Linda Paganelli
Fun dive trip - boat trip and freediving with stingrays, turtles and maybe even sharks
Hiking. Tenerife is a beautiful island and it would be a shame not to explore it a bit

What you need:

Age at least 18 years (16 accompanied by a legal representative)
Completed Medical Form
Travel insurance
Equipment (you will be equipped with weights at the centre, but you can rent full set if needed)
